Download our single Excel order form to prepare and upload custom oligo orders directly into our online ordering platform.
The template supports probes, primers, ValuMix assays, and other custom oligo configurations in one standardized file.
Steps to Upload Oligos to Your Cart
Step 1: Download the latest version of our Excel order form.
Step 2: Complete the Order Form
- Enter your oligo details on the appropriate worksheet(s).
- Customer Info: Leave blank if ordering through the website. Complete it only if you are submitting the order directly to Customer Success.
Step 3: Upload Completed Order Form
- Upload the completed Excel file.
- If validation errors are identified, review the flagged entries, and reupload the entire file.
- Some order configurations cannot be processed through the website. In these cases, follow the instructions provided on the Customer Info tab to submit your order to Customer Success.
Step 4: Review Your Cart
- Successfully uploaded oligos will automatically be added to your cart.
- You may proceed to checkout or continue shopping.
