Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human FGRF1 with Quasar® 570 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect FGRF1 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against fibroblast growth factor receptor 1; BFGFR FGRF1 a.k.a. CEK; FLG; OGD; FLT2; KAL2; BFGFR; CD331; FGFBR; FLT-2; HBGFR; N-SAM; FGFR-1; bFGF-R-1; FLJ99988 (NCBI gene ID:2260) and nucleotides 855-1033, 1301-1384, 1391-1878, 2024-2220, 2227-4313 of NM_023110.2. This is an inclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants: NM_015850, NM_023105, NM_023106, NM_001174063, NM_001174064, NM_001174065, NM_001174066, NM_001174067, ENST00000341462. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.

Product usage:

    Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles. For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month. For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month.
